B. Clinical Practice

In my clinical practice, I get information or perceive details about my clients that constitute personal data of a special category such as health data, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or information concerning a person's sexual life, sexual orientation, etc. Due to the fact that I am subject to professional confidentiality, the processing of such data is permissible without your written consent being required. However, I do not keep a record of special category personal data.

Types of Clients’ Personal Data that I collect and process in accordance with the definitions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Greek legislation in force:

  • Identification Data: First and last name.
  • Contact Data: Email address, home address, work address, mailing address, telephone numbers, etc.

The above data is collected exclusively from the subjects thereof.

Purposes of the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

  • Setting the dates of sessions and other meetings.
  • Carrying out accounting operations such as issuing receipts and invoices.
  • Book-keeping (income-expenses, clients’ record).
  • Finally, as long as you have given your explicit consent in the relevant form, I may use your contact information to let you know about activities, speeches, workshops and other events that I organize about mental health. In this case, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, while the legality of processing which was based on the consent before its withdrawal is not being affected.

Correction, deletion and limitation of Personal Data

I may not modify, delete or confine the personal data I process except upon your written instruction.
